Through glass bifolding doors is a spacious open-plan split-level kitchen and living area. The kitchen area is reached first and has white and grey units with silver fittings and black marble surfaces. There is a large dining room table with four colourful chairs. There is a gas hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The living room is reached up a small flight of wooden steps. It’s a comfortable, modern space, with a large sofa and large flatscreen TV. There is also a small outside courtyard with table and chairs for sitting outside in summer.

A king-sized double with a large wardrobe, and paintings and a large flatscreen TV on the wall. Skylights and mirrored doors brighten the room.
