Relaxing villa for 7 people. 800m from the beach and 900m from Lake Hossegor. Ideally located in a quiet area. Equally close to the center of Seignosse than that of Hossegor. Nice decor and bedding for an invigorating rest under the pines. Recently renovated the house is very well appointed, warm and comfortable atmosphere. The private garden is fenced and furnished with garden furniture, parasol, deck chairs and plancha on the new large wooden deck. There is a storage space for surfboards, bikes and all the sports equipment. Also a large outdoor hot shower pleasant to return from the beach and surfing.
The rooms are large and bright. Very friendly and convenient stay as giving both on the terrace and kitchen (renovated in 2024)
