Everything can be done on foot if you wish. You are close to cultural events, tourist centers and Arras Golf. You are also 15 km from the Louvre Lens and 1 hour from the Opal Coast.
The 140 m2 house with a capacity of 2 to 8 people, classified 4 * is composed of:
- On the ground floor: a large living room, a dining room, a modern fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, 4-burner hob, coffee maker, grill -bread, electric kettle .. laundry (washing machine, table + iron).

o 1 single room for 2 people with a 1.60 mx 2 m bed with slatted base and comfort mattress (new bedding),
o 1 living room with a sofa bed (sleeping 2 people in 1.40 mx 1.90 m), wardrobe and storage unit.
o A bathroom with 90 x 90 glass shower, thermostatic mixer, sink with mixer tap placed on a 2-drawer storage unit, a towel radiator, a toilet.
- A large very green garden with large furnished terrace, private parking.
