Positive: Very comfortable, well equipped, plenty of space, quiet, a place for our bikes, good location for walking to the centre, boulangerie etc The owner was very quick in helping out with problems when we had not understood how to operate things - thank you.

Negative: Only a niggle, but the decking was slippery after the rain, it needed the weeds removed and the gate mended to be the same standard as the apartment.
