The house is situated in the village of Caunes-Minervois, at the foot of the Montagne Noire. The city is built around its Benedictine abbey. Its ancient alleyways are particularly interesting and the nature that surrounds it (vines, scrublands, olive groves, forests) will delight hikers. All shops and services are represented. Near the Mediterranean, its microclimate is favorable to the development of its famous AOC Minervois. The house is next to my pottery studio, tastefully restored using traditional materials. It has all the comforts and facilities of a modern house. On the groundfloor, entrance hall with storage, large living room, kitchen with open fire, bathroom, WC, "plancha" area and beautiful south facing terrace not overlooked. On the 1st floor, 2 nice bedrooms for 2 persons each, bathroom and WC. The space is very bright on each level.
