Summary: The staff was very nice and bilingual - I speak a little French and they totally helped me understand what I needed to know for my stay. The tool was compact but had everything we need and a HUGE bathroom with a really fab rain shower. It was very connected to the train station so very convenient to go to Paris , but close to the Nantes city center, we could walk everywhere.
