Very beautiful stone house of country of 200 m2 with garden of 2500 m2, quiet, conveniently served by a motorway (A5, Paris / Dijon) 3 km. Located 10 minutes from the Lakes of the Forêt d'Orient (feet ride, cycling, swimming, fishing, sailing) and the Champagne vineyards (visits to wineries and tasting), 30 minutes from Troyes (walk in the historic heart the old town with its half-timbered houses) and outlet stores, 15 mins from Nigloland Theme Park, 40 minutes from Lac du Der where you can observe the magnificent spectacle of the migration of cranes in the autumn.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a living room (TV, DVD player, Wifi, fireplace), dining room with equipped semi open kitchen. Summary: Lovely property, hosts and local manager most helpful. The pool was a great hit, used every day for much of each day. Good barbecue area and the under cover trampoline was a nice feature for our granddaughter. Lack of a bakery in the village itself was the only - very minor - negative. Would be very happy to return to this property in the future.
