Summary: The place is spacious on the ground floor however the upstairs rooms could do with some clearing out. This is obviously a family home as each upstairs room was still full of the family's things. This made for a cluttered space with only a small amount of space for unpacking clothes and storing our cases. The external furniture is really due for replacement and more than 2 sun loungers would have made for a more comfortable outside relaxing area for the 7 of us. The view however is absolutely stunning with the castle and Mont Blanc peeping through the range of mountains on a clear day! Sitting relaxing in the garden with a beer or glass of wine made this holiday a relaxing break and if the garden furniture was improved it would be perfect. The owner Christophe is delightful and always contactable if necessary. The newly opened local boulengerie, is superb! Location wise it's also an easy drive to the supermarket and in to Annecy.
