It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom upstairs, bathroom (with shower), separate toilet. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with TV and a beautiful view of the Bas Sablons harbor and St Malo Intra-Muros, a sofa bed in the living room.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200),
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the following additional equipment is available: high chair, washing machine, ironing board and iron, cot (on request when booking, we can install a cot for babies). For reasons of safety and hygiene, we do not provide mattresses, apart from the one already included with the cot. Feel free to bring your own if you wish.)
