Summary: Very well located near the Villiers metro. Room size to be expected in Paris. Space is OLD and so throughout out stay small things failed -- an interior lock bolt fell off the door, hair dryer broke, bathroomm door drug along the floor when closing it to the point of the door handle being a bit compromised.
