Summary: The only thing negative I can say about this place is that there is no elevator. The owner however is quick to offer his assistance in carrying your luggage up the steep staircase. Once inside the room, it provides everything you need. Soft sheets. Clean room. Solid bathroom with a shower. My girlfriend and I only stayed here one night on our way out of Paris, but it was perfectly adequate and affordable and in a cool lively area.
