Positive: The location is great and there's a huge parking right nearby. The view is also amazing. It's an old building, but well maintained. The apartment is also in reasonably good shape and it was clean. It's probably fine if you only sleep in the bedroom bed (if there's only 2 of you) and you open all windows and the door before you go to sleep and are not afraid of mosquitoes entering. We were.

Negative: The big issue was the extendable sofa bed which creaked extremely loudly. Every time I moved I woke everyone else up (we were 4). There is no separation of the bedroom from the living room other than a fake wall with holes in it and a fake door, so everyone can hear everything. The floor and the bathroom doors also creak, adding insult to injury. It was also uncomfortably warm - all 4 of us had a very poor night of sleep and it was just the beginning of June. If you're not very heat-tolerant, you might want to take this into consideration if you arrive in the warmer months. Last but not least, the property manager wasn't the nicest. In person everything was alright, but in messages not that much. We received the first red flag when I initially let him know that we're arriving around 9PM, he answered something like "Normally it's 7PM, I'll accept it this one time. Arrive at 9PM but NOT later!". I responded nicely and ignored the slightly aggressive tone. However, after we left, we received a message with an even more aggressive tone accusing us of not taking out the trash and of being 5 instead of 4. He was convinced we were 5 because he "found used bed sheets". In actuality, my girlfriend had to sleep on the second sofa because she could not sleep at all given the horrible creaking. Spoiler: it did not help. The trash is probably our mistake, we were not used with it being our responsibility, unless the owner specifically told us so. In this case he _did not_. Would have happily taken it out if so instructed and pointed to where we should take the recyclables and the waste. I'd also like to mention that we cleaned all the dishes and neatly separated the garbage into separate bags, making it easy to transport. All in all, it was alright, but I'm a bit disappointed by the small and surprisingly hot space and by the horribly creaking bed.

Summary: Great location, but uncomfortable beds and too hot even at the beginning of June
