Positive: The front desk staff, concierge and valet in particular were so friendly and kind. Bar staff were very welcoming and polite. Beautiful spa and garden setting in the centre of Bordeaux. Rooms are gorgeous. Shower pressure strong. It was lovely that the drinks and snacks in the mini bar were included. We would definitely stay again.
