The 40 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator and features typical street views. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is tastefully decorated and fully furnished with a sofa, flat screen television with local channels, a coffee table, a dining table and chairs for four and more. This large room with sofa and armchairs offers several seating areas and is perfect for relaxing after a long Parisian day, alone in complete relaxation or in a good company. The couch transforms into a comfortable double bed to provide additional sleeping arrangements for two people and extra linens are provided. A free Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the flat. The small but fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, teakettle and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils. An iron and board are available for your use and information is provided about the nearest laundry mat. The cosy bedroom contains a double bed with a quality mattress. All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided, and you will find the bed neatly made on arrival. Just off the bedroom lies the bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 4 people. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the Paris weather forecast. Please note that renovation works will be taking place on the building facade from October 2019 - February 2020 Scaffolding will be set up on the exterior (will cover the apartment windows at times) and minor disturbances may occur during normal working hours. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, to show the unit to potential purchasers or tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, Management can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property potential new guests between the hours of 8:00am and 7:00pm local time.
