Positive: This is an absolute gem of a place to stay. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom excellent, breakfast exceptionally good, and the location superb. Easy to find, but on the edge of superb woods leading down to a magical valley flanked by massive chalk cliffs and amazing villas. The young man who greeted us and provided the breakfast was absolutely charming and very helpful. This is a place to savour, and to enjoy in a leisurely manner - which sadly we couldn't do as much as we would have liked.

Negative: Honestly very little from the property itself. The only problem arose from booking.com's description of this as a bed and breakfast and not a chambre d'hote. We had no idea that we could have had a dinner at the property - and judging by the breakfast it would have been memorable. The local beach is largely rocky, we think, so not a typical bucket-and-spade beach. But fascinating, and a great place to watch the sunset.

Summary: Absolutely superb.... the chance to share a magical place at a very reasonable price.
