Positive: The property had been beautifully decorated and was exceptionally clean. The location was also great a few minutes stroll from the centre of Ay. The on site parking was also very helpful. Brigitte was pleasant and had changed our room to better suit our family size on arrival which was helpful a travel cot had also been set up for our arrival which was very helpful as we arrived late after a long journey.

Negative: During our two night stay our shower was tepid at best and whilst plentiful the towels were very small and not really fit for purpose. Whilst the breakfast was presented beautifully the content was a little disappointing. Not a true continental, quite basic and the croissants didn’t feel fresh. We were a family of four and no place or food provided for our youngest, we had to ask for this which was a little disappointing. I think if you advertise as having a family room, family details should be considered… a high chair for example would have been good.
