We offer, in Cravant, this charming house of a surface of 57 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 25m², an open equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a yard.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- A living room of 25 m² with a sofa bed, a large library and a dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

On the second floor :
- Room 1 : A large room with a double bed
- Room 2 : A room with a double sofa bed

Exterior:
- A courtyard of about 35 m² not overlooked with a view on the church tower.

The house is ideally located in Cravant, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
The village is located in the heart of the Yonne and its wine road (Chablis, Irancy, Saint Bris, Auxerre, ...) but also at the gates of the Morvan and its mountains, lakes and picturesque villages (35 minutes from Vézelay, 1h from the Saint Agnan lake).

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in front of the accommodation.
