Upstairs (outside stairs) : large hall opening onto all rooms, fitted kitchen, large living room (dining area, lounge area, sofa bed available to provide separate sleeping arrangements, fireplace), 4 bedrooms (2 double-bedded rooms, 2 twin-bedded rooms).
