Summary: It is remarkable hotel management accepts the receptionist be so rude and unwilling to help or try to reach a solution. I was told to figure it out myself why I had a booking confirmation, proof of payment and it didn’t match to what they had in their reservation system. If I booked through Expedia, I should sort it out with them and not hold the other guests up who wanted to check in. So he simply refused to check me in. If I were to treat a customer like this and talk the way he talked to me, I would get fired on the spot. Our assitant even tried calling him to send all documentation that we didn’t know why the name did not match their system and neither did Expedia (who she contacted immediately) because they gave them the correct name. He told her to get off the phone because he didn’t have time to deal with her nonsense. She sent everything by email immediately and he didn’t even bother to reply to the email nor call back. OMG!

Summary: You have no control of the A/C. It stays at 23C (74F) and the windows are not openable. As someone who gets hot easily, this was very annoying especially since there was cooler weather outside. There were also some mosquitoes in the room which I am unsure where they came from. Had a couple of nights waking up being bit

Summary: I was very happy with our stay at the Paris Ibis budget Porte D'Orleans. The room was small, the toilet was literally in a closet and the shower was small, but it was perfect for our stay.
We were in Paris to experience the sites and the culture, not stay in our hotel room all day.
It was quiet, well located (a quick walk to the Porte d'Orleans train station with a gas station across the street for late night snacks.
The lobby had a cool vibe with some snack machines, some chairs and tables, but we didn't really take advantage of those.
The bed was a bit old, but comfortable enough. We didn't notice any noise from other guests or street noise and we had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room.
I would definitely stay again.

Summary: Very nice service, receptionist was always helpfull and provided guides to sightseeing, very good english. The room was maybe a bit smal but included everything you need. Aircondition also included and worked well.
The breakfast was very good, and there is alot of bread and fruits and what you expect.
All in all 8/10 👍

Summary: Bedroom is so small for 3 people, air conditioner does not working, so for me it was very bad. Hotel just (Ok)
