We rent our holiday home built in 2016, located 300 m from the beach, 1 km from shops, 2 km from the sailing school and the port. It is located on the Pink Granite Coast.
House of 135 m² quiet, comfortable, bright, facing south.
Housing
Large living room living / dining room with a wood stove and bay windows, American kitchen, 4 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub).
Pleasant garden with south-facing terrace: outdoor table and chairs, barbecue, deckchairs, games and bikes available.
Other remarks
For the winter period, a supplement for heating will be required of 50 euros for a week.
The rental of sheets, towels and household linen is not included in the initial price. We can offer you this service at an additional cost.
You can take a cleaning option at a rate of € 60.

Summary: This is an ideal house from which to discover one of the prettiest and most interesting coastal regions in France. The property is modern, clean, perfectly equipped, and the owner is accessible and communicative. A wonderful experience in an idyllic place.
