Positive: Spacious room, perfect location

Negative: Evening/night reception desk team is below any possible hospitality business level, and absolutely not in line with what you’d expect to see at Hilton. Not only they are rude (notably Abdel) but also truly do not care about your wellbeing. We’ve decided to change from Novotel this time but I’d rather have worse room then dealing with people who wouldn’t care less about not working phone or missing bed for my child.

Summary: Good location but evening team is terribly unprofessional
