House on 2 floors.
The ground floor is composed of a bedroom, a WC, a 40m2 living space with open kitchen, living room and direct access to the terrace, the swimming pool and the garden.
The floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room adjoining a bedroom, and a toilet.
The garden bedroom offers access to a 12m2 roof terrace with a plunging view of the garden and the swimming pool.
Nice landscaped city garden with swimming pool, terrace and outbuilding.
The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
It is a town house, so care should be taken to respect the neighborhood.
This is my main residence, I rent it during my holidays.

Summary: My husband and I stayed for a week in July. Our children and partner joined us for a few days. It is a well equipped house with a beautiful garden which forms an integral part of the house, the balcony upstairs is a lovely place for evening drinks. The house was large enough to accommodate all 5 of us comfortably. Transport links into Bordeaux were good. Stephanie was fantastic, very helpful and fast to answer any queries. We would recommend this lovely house to anyone visiting Bordeaux.
