Superb wooden villa very glazed with a stay of 65 m2 including a very modern and very effective central fireplace, a BILLARD and a PIANO at your disposal. A plasma of 127 cm is at your disposal. Wood decoration very warm. The house is atypical with the stay on the floor and the rooms in ground-garden.
Kitchen of 20 m2 with new refrigerator and oven and all the equipment like at home!
2 bedrooms with double beds 160 with upscale mattresses and 2 rooms with bunk beds 90 (normal beds equipped with excellent bedding, compatible for adults). Linen is not provided.
A GAME ROOM of 60 m2 in the basement will allow you to do musculation, the elliptical trainer and table football! A television is at your disposal.
The living room opens onto a large terrace that will welcome you even if the weather allows it; precision: a part of the terrace (where the table is) is covered by a waterproof pergola and allows to stay dry during inclement weather.
The ARBORNE GARDEN is 1700 m2 and has a PIECE OF WATER mature with many fish and many plants that allows to meditate or at least to find oneself in a great calm; besides the land is located in a very quiet area, the house being it, at the end of snowshoeing therefore without any nuisance.
There is also a large SWIMMING POOL (10x5.5) and covered by a removable high shelter of 144m2, operational from April to October 1st.
Finally, still in the garden, there is a ping-pong table and a basketball board. There is possibility to return at least 4 cars in the property including one in the garage.
NB: NO TOBACCO NOR ANIMALS in the house.
