Summary: We decided not to stay here as the location was much too far from the town and had no river view. The official check in is 6pm which I find is far too late . We contacted Hotels .com and they refunded our payment which we appreciate. The place is probably ok for an overnight stay if not interested in visiting the chateau on foot. Definitely better to stay in Amboise .
