Summary: The owner, Messr Roland Heninger, and his staff were kind, charming, and did everything to make my stay enjoyable. The location is perfect: 5 minutes walk from train from airport, metro, Notre Dame, La Sorbonne. I do not know what prompted negative reviews in past, but the management is clearly trying its best for its guests. There is construction on back/north side of building, which was noisy 1st day of arrival, so request room facing the front.
