Summary: Room was not fancy, but bed was surprisingly comfortable. If driving there, ask for parking info ahead of time--driving in central Rouen is very complicated! lots of one-way streets, and easy to find yourself suddenly in a tunnel (which wasn't too bad, but could have been avoided).
