Summary: I am not gonna lie, my first impression was not positive, however, once i visited the room and saw how clean it is, and after speaking to the friendly staff especially AKRAM who went above and beyond with his great customer service skills. He didn’t hesitste a moment to accomodate me with all requests I needed. Because of AKRAM, I will definitely be back. Thank you team Phenix hotel of making our stay memorable!
