Summary: No matter how hard we tried, the bathroom floor was always wet after we showered. Also, the shower was in the tub which was long and narrow and only had a semblance of nonstick pads about 1/2 way back from the drain. No grab bar either. The room was small but typical for european hotels. The room was quiet which was nice, and the hotel was in a very nice location, just around the corner from a very old and beautiful church. And also it was close to a busy pedestrian area with tons of restaurants and souvenir shops. A main street was only a block away with many more restaurant. Metro stations were only 2-3 blocks away also. Notre Dame cathedral was a very short walk away over a bridge over the Seine.The TV in the room was not very large and did not get very many english language stations. Also in our room, it was in an awkward place for watching. The HVAC system was hard to figure out and even when I seemed to be able to change the temperature, it always seemed to default back to 20 degrees centigrade. The front desk staff was pleasant and all of them spoke English. Last comment, the price per night was quite high considering the size and amenities of the room.
