Positive: The hotel is in a stunning old building, the staff are amazing, so friendly and always on hand to answer questions/give help. The parking garage is very useful and their courtyard area was lovely to sit out and have a drink in. Rooms are lovely (if a tiny bit 'dated' but that's understandable given the age of the building and I am just being picky). I didn't use the swimming pool, but nice to have it there as an option. Location wise there are a couple of champagne houses and restaurants within walking distance, but you'll have to drive to places like Epernay, or get a taxi like we did.

Negative: Breakfast isn't great in my opinion, could be better.
