Enjoy a beautiful view of the private garden with large trees of the Dormoy Woods from the living room, as well as the bathroom. The bedroom on the other hand, enjoys the view of the lovely little courtyard.
My flat includes a living room with TV, dinner table, fully equiped kitchen, a bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom. It is located on the third floor with no elevator.

The foot of Montmartre hill is at 15 minutes walking distance (or 3 metro stations if you don't want to climb the steps) and Gare Du Nord transport hub is 10 minutes away.

- Metro La Chapelle is 5 minutes walking distance from the flat. It gives you access to Ligne 2 that connects directly to l'Arc De Triomphe, les Champs-Elysées, le cimetière du Père Lachaise and the trendy area of Belleville-Ménilmontant.
- Metro Marx Dormoy is also 5 minutes walking distance. It gives you access to Ligne 12. Marx Dormoy is 3 stations away from Lamarck-Caulaincourt and the heart of Montmartre and is connected directly to Pigalle, Opéra, Concorde, Musée d'Orsay, Saint-Germain and les Grands Magasins of Boulevard Hausmann.
- There's a direct access to Gare Du Nord from La Chapelle Metro Station. From there Ligne 4 brings you directly to Châtelet, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Saint-Michel and Saint-Germain-Des-Prés. Gare Du Nord is also the place where you can board direct trains to all Paris airports (Charles-De-Gaulle, Orly, Beauvais) and well as northern Europeans cities like London, Brussels, Amsterdam or Cologne.
