The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals.
There are two bedrooms. Both rooms are furnished with double beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Located on the left bank of the Rhône, the Part-Dieu area is in the 3rd District of Lyon and also the economic heart of Lyon thanks to the Part-Dieu business center.
Overlooked by the Tour du Crédit Lyonnais skyscraper, commercial La Part-Dieu is home to chic department stores, plus mid-range boutiques in La Part-Dieu mall. Gourmet treats can be found at Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse food hall, while takeout cafes and fine-dining restaurants dot the streets. The rotund Auditorium-Orchestre National de Lyon stages classical concerts, and Lyon Part-Dieu train station links to Paris.
For all your shopping needs, visit France’s largest shopping mall, La Part-Dieu Shopping Center, set within walking distance to the flat. You'll be in awe by the size of the mall and all the high-end goods sold there!
The neighborhood is also home to Lyon’s tallest buildings, the Crayon (or the “Pencil”, 165 meters) and the Incity tower (200m). At night, Part-Dieu offers a stunning panorama of light.
Our flat is easily accessible by various public transportations, the easiest is by train!
- Two metro lines (B and D) and tramway lines 1,2 and 3 go through the district. Part-Dieu is also the starting point of the Rhônexpress shuttle which goes to the Saint-Exupéry airport.
- The nearest train station is Place Guichard (Metro B) which is just 4 mins on foot.
- The third district also has a railway station, Part-Dieu, which welcomes over 130 000 people every day. It allows a connection between Lyon and the rest of the country, notably Paris (two hours away with the TGV train), as well as Europe with the Eurostar going to London.
- Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is just 30 mins drive from the flat.
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
