As a result and for everyone to be happy, please choose this flat accordingly. No noise is allowed after 10pm nore in the common areas at all time.
The living room consists of a comfortable sitting area with a sofa that is convertible to a double sofa bed, and a TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening with everyone. The adjoining dining area and kitchen are also perfect for social eating and cooking together.
The kitchen comes with a stove, a fridge, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine and all that you need to prepare a decent home-cooked meal.
The bedrooms come with double beds with some storage space in the wardrobe.

Our apartment is located in South Pigalle, a lively area with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Ideally situated just a few minutes from Montmartre and the world famous Moulin Rouge, not far from the Trinité Church, the Garnier Opera House and the bustling elegant department stores of Printemps and Galeries Lafayette, the Villa Bohème is housed in a former mansion house which is reached by a charming private footpath. This flat is in a living area, please take it into consideration when booking it.
The upper 9th district is particularly lively with the rue des martyrs and its merchants, restaurants, cafes. Rue Lepic and Les Abesses are also a 7-minute walk from the apartment, and the Batignolles district is a 10-minute walk away. The charm of the streets of Montmartre will enchant you and make you travel in old Paris. The metro and buses serving the area will help you if you don't like walking, but the apartment is ideally located if you want to visit Paris on foot.
This flat is in a busy area, which might not be suitable for people sensitive to noise.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
