Positive: The apartment is in a fabulous location with secure parking behind an electric gate. The apartment itself is clean and spacious and very well equipped and has the added bonus of an AC unit (which was very effective although very noisy!). We are a family of 5 and we had plenty of space, a huge fridge/freezer and we were genuinely very comfortable. The coffee pods were a lovely touch and there is wine and champagne stocked in the fridge, which you can purchase (although it was a little pricey for us!). The bathroom is large with a separate toilet (always good!), with a very good supply of towels. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable.

Negative: The owner sends through the instructions for check-in very late - we had already left England so I had to pay for mobile data to pick them up, which was slightly frustrating. The 5th person needs to sleep on a sofa bed in the lounge, which was absolutely fine (and was a very comfortable sofa bed!), but the noise from the AC unit was a lot to put up with in that room as it was pretty much at the foot of the bed! For a family/party of 4, this won’t be a problem as the doors to the bedrooms completely blocked out the sound. The garage key is a little temperamental and often took several tries to get it to work (I think the main problem was that it was cracked). On the whole though, this is a great place for the cost and I would recommend it.

Summary: A fantastic location at a great price - free parking a huge bonus!
