Summary: We had a fantastic week in this majestic manor. The grounds were beautiful, the pool huge, beds comfy. It had everything we needed and we had plenty of space to spread out which was great as we were a group of four families. What we particularly liked about the house was the beautiful artwork, architecture and decor and the fact that this is a much loved family home. We felt instantly at home and very much appreciated Madam’s warm welcome and the help she gave us. We walked into the village most days. It has a brilliant little shop and lovely patisseries, cafes and restaurants. We spent hours by the pool and visited caves and castles and went canoeing. I think we all agreed it was one of the loveliest houses we have ever stayed in.
