I rent a F3 on the ground floor of a villa ideally located on the sunniest shore of the lake, 30 meters from the port and the beach, 10 minutes from the center of the village and its shops, 5km from Annecy and 45 minutes from Geneva. The house is comfortable and enjoyable. it is composed of two rooms with beds 2 places in the machine being supplied. a large living room with a TV sitting area SFR box, Wifi, a kitchen with a hob, a fan oven, a fridge with freezer washing machines and clothes tableware, d, a microwave oven, a bathroom with shower and toilet and towel. The accommodation opens onto a garden and equipped for a comfortable holiday. A parking space in the yard is available. The tourist taxes are not included in the tariff which varies according to the period, 3 nights or the week, and the season in July and August the minimum duration is one week. .Thank you for contacting me for more information.
