OUR "Monge Plaza" PROPERTY Overlooking the beautiful street of Rue de Monge in one of Paris’ most vibrant neighborhoods, you will discover our charming and spacious ‘Monge Plaza’ apartment. It is located on the fourth floor of a quintessential Parisian building and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. With its colorful, classy decor and its fully equipped kitchen, you are sure to have a delightful stay in Paris. Our ‘Monge Plaza’ property is a welcoming and tastefully decorated space, ideal for 6 people searching for the perfect spot to spend their Parisian holiday. Upon entering the apartment, you come to a small hallway that leads to the bright, spacious kitchen. This well-equipped space has all the necessary appliances to allow you to cook and prepare meals with ease, perhaps using fresh produce from the local market at Place Monge. The dining and living area is open-plan, with wooden floors throughout and large French windows that open up onto a small balcony and illuminate the room with natural light. There is a dining table that can seat up to 6 guests. Next to this is the living area, which features two large comfortable sofas, two easy chairs, and a TV. It can be the perfect place to sit back and relax after a long day exploring Paris. The first bedroom contains a comfortable double bed, lots of storage space, and a convenient workplace, as well as large, picturesque windows. Next to the bedroom, there is a smoothly tiled bathroom with a bath that also has a showerhead and a sink. The toilet and another sink are located in its own separate space, which is also located next to the kitchen. The second bedroom is next to the master bedroom and contains two single beds with a wooden bedside table between them, making this an ideal space for children. The third bedroom is located at the opposite end of the apartment and features a comfortable double bed and its own ensuite bathroom. The spacious bathroom contains a sink, a toilet, and a bathtub/shower combo. THE LOCATION The apartment is located in the 5th arrondissement on the left bank of the River Seine. This district remains a major draw for tourists thanks to sights such as the Pantheon (the final resting place for distinguished French citizens such as Victor Hugo and Voltaire), the Sorbonne University, and the botanical gardens known as the Jardin des Plantes. It is also home to the famed Shakespeare & Company, an English language bookstore that was established in Paris in 1919 and has long drawn literary types to browse its shelves. A must visit on Sunday, Wednesdays, and Friday (7 am-1 pm) in the open market at Place Monge.
