It is a recent, spacious (95 m²) and comfortable villa with garden and private parking. The gîte was created in 2023, it is classified 3*. It is located a 5-minute walk from all the shops, services and seven restaurants of Laroque des Albères, a tourist village in Piedmont. We are located at the starting point for hikes in the Albères massif which extends from Perthus to the sea. We are 1/2 hour from the beaches, 15 km from Collioure, 1/2 hour from the border .
The cottage is quiet and very pleasant both in season and out of season, with plenty of sunshine, very easy to heat in winter. It is fully equipped. Everything is on the ground floor: a large living-dining room, equipped with large bay windows opening onto the covered terrace (planxa) and the garden (200 m2). A pleasant American cuisine. Two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds. Wardrobes. Shower room and separate WC.
The cottage also has, on the 1st floor, a second bathroom with WC and a reading room.
