Very private resort-style yard with heated pool and integrated waterfall spa. Covered outdoor living pavilion, fire feature, and absolutely gorgeous mountain views. Free-flowing sprawling floor plan. Gas fireplace, foosball, and a great interior bar.
The Primary Guest must be at least 25 years old at the time of arrival. No more than 5 cars at or near the property. No outdoor music or amplified sounds. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 10am. No glitter or confetti. No nails, thumbtacks, or staple holes in walls. Only painter’s tape is allowed on walls & ceilings. Any violation of these rules will result in additional charges or fines and immediate termination of your stay with no refund. All payments must be made 30 days before arrival to avoid cancellation of the reservation with no refund.
