We are delighted to rent out our family country home, located just a few miles from Magny-en-Vexin. Nestled in a peaceful setting and surrounded by beautiful, varied gardens with a heated swimming pool, our traditional Vexin stone house offers a rejuvenating escape into nature. Tastefully decorated with a passion for fine materials, the property seamlessly blends period charm with contemporary comforts.
Less than an hour from Paris, it is the ideal location for a getaway with family or friends, or for a picturesque "workation." The surrounding countryside offers stunning rolling landscapes and a wealth of activities and sights (Villarceaux Estate, Monet’s Gardens in Giverny, the Seine Valley, La Roche-Guyon Castle, and more).

The Layout
Ground Floor:
- Entrance: Large hallway with cloakroom.

- Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4: Three bedrooms, each with twin trundle beds.
- Office/Library: Featuring a glass partition overlooking the corridor; stocked with board games, children’s toys, and comics.
- Family Bathroom: Shower and double vanity.

Note: All four bedrooms include a desk, were renovated in the last two years, and are connected by a charming terracotta-tiled hallway.
Second Floor:
- Master Suite: A very large bedroom with a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom (bathtub + double vanity), and a private WC.
The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
Outside & Leisure
To the front of the kitchen, a South-West facing terrace features a large teak table, perfect for al fresco dining in the sun.
In the Garden:
Trampoline, table tennis (located in the barn), sun loungers, parasol, and a dedicated BBQ area.
Swimming Pool: Tucked away in a lush green setting, the 4m x 8m pool is heated by a heat pump. For safety, it is equipped with an electric security cover (please note the pool area is not fenced). Sunbeds are provided for your relaxation.
