Old house located in the heart of the authentic village of Loix, located very close to shops and the village square but also close to the small calm and guarded beach of Grouin.
Ideal for a family with young children. Everything is accessible on foot or by bike.
The house includes a pleasant living room with a sitting area, a fully equipped open kitchen opening onto the terrace, three bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, a bathroom with independent toilets, a mezzanine with a bunk bed and a point of water that can accommodate children.
Quiet and comfortable, the house also benefits from a small tree-lined and sunny garden enclosed by walls, a terrace (which can be covered with a blind) and a garage for one car with bicycles available.
