We live in Etel, a small coastal town in France, located in Morbihan Brittany, between Lorient and Vannes and not far from Quiberon. We live in the city center, 200 m from the port and very close to the beaches, a large character stone house with blue shutters, of 220m2 on three levels, very pleasant to live in.
The first level is all in one piece on 90 m2 and includes a living room with fireplace, the common room and a modern, fully equipped high kitchen, also with fireplace. It opens onto a small garden in front of the house and another enclosed garden with terrace on the back. The attached garage can accommodate a car and accommodates X bikes ... There is also a small bathroom with shower to get rid of the sand on the beach, on summer evenings.
On the second level, 2 single bedrooms which can be used by children as well as adults (2 double bedroom 140) A central hallway and cupboards with a large library. Also available, a large, very pleasant bathroom with bathtub, and under a worktop for folding laundry, a washing machine and dryer.
On the third level - that of the parents - the "grown-ups" have a large paneled bedroom under the eaves with an electric 160 bed. Plus a "guest room" with a 140 double bed with a view of the Etel bar. A central corner with desk - music - rest.
A bathroom with shower (marine atmosphere) reserved for adults.
Wood reigns supreme on this floor (floor and large paneling) to promote an atmosphere of calm and rest. A dressing room allows you to store your belongings in the 2 bedrooms.
