Apartment on the border of the 8th and 9th arrondissements (near Gare Saint-Lazare station), on the top floor of a Haussmann building (6th floor, elevator to 5th). Fully air-conditioned. Nice views on The Sacré Coeur church and Eiffel Tower ( top floor)
Calm and cozy, it is on the top floor of the building, which makes it very luminous. The building has an elevator to the 5th floor, just one floor walk to the apartment on the 6th.
There are 3 large windows in the living room, each has a small balcony; thanks to this, there is always natural light brightening up the apartment. Additionally, the windows are facing a picturesque setting with beautiful elegant buildings nearby and even the Sacre Cœur in the distance.
The living room has a 3-seater sofa as well as 2 armchairs. You can watch cable television including international channels from the living room.
The newly refurnished kitchen is facing the entrance, and is fully equipped with modern and stainless steel appliances.
It has a coffee-maker, toaster, kettle, electric stoves, microwave and all the necessary utensils you need to prepare the perfect diner.
There is also a wooden dining table with 4 chairs in the kitchen.
At the end of the kitchen you have the corridor, with the two bedrooms on the right and the two bathrooms on the left.
The first bedroom has a king size bed or two single beds, the second one has a queen size bed. Each bedroom has a window with a small balcony.
The first bathroom has a shower and a toilet while the second one has a washing machine and a dryer in addition of the bathtub and the toilet.
The top-floor views are truly splendid.
Bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels and kitchen utensils and appliances are provided. Wifi, phone, and cable TV are also free of any additional charge.
