I welcome you in my 55 square meters apartment in the heart of the animated district of Belleville in the 19th district of PARIS, located on the 3rd floor with elevator, ideal for 2 to 4 people. It is close to the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont and Parc de Belleville. You will be able to walk in a dynamic district and discover the atmosphere of the surrounding sites!

Located in Paris, the accommodation is perfect for a tourist or professional stay, with friends or family, with a capacity of up to 4 people. It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a desk, a shower room, a dressing, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice living room with a confortable sofa double bed.
You will have everything at your disposal to have an excellent stay: coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, rice cooker, iron, hair dryer.
You will be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings, namely the Belleville station (Metro line 2 and 11) and the Belleville bus station (line 20, 71, N12 and N23)!
The apartment is ideally located near the Parc de Belleville (10 min walk), the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (5 min walk) and the Canal Saint-Martin (20 min walk). The Louvre Museum and Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral are 20 minutes away by metro line 11, and the Eiffel Tower is 40 minutes away by metro line 11 - 8. You will find a lot of stores nearby : supermarkets, bakeries etc. as well as many bars and restaurants.
The neighborhood is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!
