House on the Arcachon Bay, ideally located in Audenge between the Dune du Pilat, Cap Ferret, the Atlantic beaches, and the surrounding lakes, with a capacity of up to 5 adults and 3 children.
This 110 m² single-story house is ideal for your stays with family or friends.
It sleeps up to 8 people and consists of 3 bedrooms, including 2 with 2 double beds and 1 with a bunk bed for 3 people. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for 1-2 people.
The bathroom, with a double sink vanity, walk-in shower, and toilet, also includes a washing machine and dryer.
A second bathroom is available with a shower and sink.
The house has a second separate toilet.

Summary: Lovely property in quiet location. Great for a family holiday. Made great use of the pool and the bicycles were great to cycle to the shop and the port / bay.
