Welcome to the French capital! I am delighted to welcome you to my 30 square meter apartment in the heart of the 14th arrondissement of PARIS, located on the 3rd floor with LIFT. It is ideally located near the gates of the city of light and Alesia. You will be able to walk in a quiet area and discover the tourist sites of the city during your stays for two! Very good stay ! :) ## Logement Located in Paris, the apartment is well decorated and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a nice kitchen and a nice living room with a TV to relax after an intense day. It also has a BALCONY which will be very appreciated in summer, giving a nice view on the neighborhood! You will have at your disposal in order to spend an excellent stay: Elevator, Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Washing machine. You will be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The apartment is ideally located near the Rue Daguerre (20 min walk), the Catacombs of Paris (25 min walk) and the Georges Brassens Park (20 min walk). The Montparnasse Tower is 15 minutes away by metro line 13, the Louvre Museum is 30 minutes away by metro line 13-1, Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral is 30 minutes away by metro line 4 and the Eiffel Tower is 35 minutes away by metro line 6. You will find many shops nearby such as a Franprix at 1 min walk and an Auchan Supermarket at 5 min walk. The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you! I recommend the avenue René Coty with very nice bars as well as the avenue du général Leclerc which has a lot of stores, which is ideal for window shopping. A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler. ## Emplacement The 14th arrondissement is a large residential area, but includes some of Paris' most famous attractions. The 14tht is the montparnasse tower, the station and the Montparnasse cemetery. The Catacombs, the cheerful Denfert-Rochereau, the Rue Daguerre, its cafés and small shops will remind you of Rue Montorgueil in the 3rd arrondissement.
