Positive: We asked to drop off our luggage early but when we arrived we were able to check in with a code and the lock box details provided. The first floor apartment is bright and spacious and although it is on the main road it was quiet at night. There is free street parking across the road and we had no difficulty finding a spot immediately opposite on each evening. There’s a large walk-in shower in the bathroom and a washing machine, clothes rack, heated towel rail and iron/ironing board. The bed and pillows were comfortable with quality linen & towels. The separate computer desk and chair in the bedroom were a bonus and a few travel guides were provided. We had all we needed in the kitchen to cook basic meals. We found it was the ideal place for us to stay to visit Vezelay, Guedelon Castle and Avallon and appreciated the friendly, quick responses and help we received from Josephine & Dominique. We enjoyed watching the swallows darting in and out, feeding their chicks in a nest outside in the top corner of one of the windows. One of the highlights of our visit. :)
