Welcome to our recently renovated apartment! This charming and spacious property (73 sq. meters) features a fully equipped kitchen, a private garden ideal for barbecues and relaxation, and other fantastic amenities such as a coffee maker and Netflix.
We are just a short 5-min walk away from all amenities and a 5-min drive from the city center, Alstom, and General Electric.
For your comfort, all beds will be made prior to your arrival, and we provide fresh linen and towels for all our guests.
Our apartment features two cozy bedrooms, each equipped with two comfortable double beds (160 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed in the living room. Additionally, it includes a bathroom with a shower, a spacious kitchen and dining area, a separate toilet, a comfortable living room, and a private garden.
Guests will have access to all parts of the apartment as well as the private garden.
I will not be on site, but I remain available at any time by phone to assist you.
The area offers many local services (restaurants, grocery shops, bakeries, shopping centres, pharmacies, etc.), so you can do everything on foot.
