Positive: We loved the beautiful green compound where the property was located with its expansive lawns, surrounded by trees and apartments built in the same quaint nature.

Negative: We spent 20 mins upon arrival trying to locate our apartment as none of the apartments in the property had any numbers written on them. We had to check each one and finally located it. The manual provided only had a photo which wasn't helpful at all because they all looked alike. Providing clear instructions is a small matter and especially in a situation like this where apartments are not numbered. The apartment is smaller than pictured, the shower stall on the top floor was tiny (even a petite person like me found it extremely difficult to manuever) with fixtures that are old and tired. No hand soap, no bath/shower gel and w/powder for 1 load only. 1 garbage bag in the bin with 1 tiny plastic bag for our 3 nights stay there. This, despite the lengthy instructions on how we should separate the trash and take it out to throw in the waste and recycle bins outside. When I brought this matter up upon returning the keys I was informed this was Interhome's policy which I found quite shameful. I will make a note to never to stay in a property managed by Interhome again.

Summary: Beautiful surroundings but stay not up to standard at all.
