Summary: We stayed at this apartment over the summer as a family. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive—and the neighbor was especially helpful (as the owners were away). The sea view is lovely, and the space itself is comfortable.We did face a number of issues during our stay, though they were resolved promptly. It would have greatly improved our experience to have a clear set of instructions available for things like Wi-Fi, appliances (i.e. Mobile AirCo), and general logistics.While the listing suggests a private pool, the outdoor area is directly adjacent to the neighboring property, with no physical barrier in between. In our case, the neighbor was seated right beside the pool (at his own garden) while we were using it, which made the space feel less private. There is a height difference of about one meter between the properties, but no separation wall or screen.
