Positive: The property had two spacious bedrooms and a comfortable sitting room area. The bathroom was separated from the toilet and was an adequate size. There were clean towels in the bathroom. The kitchen strip was well supplied with plates, glasses, cutlery, mugs, bowls etc. There was even a dishwasher with tablets supplied. The fridge was a fair size. There were two lifts. Reception staff were helpful. It was a short walk to the nearest tram stop. The building was situated close to a convenience store.

Negative: There was no balcony, but the property was not advertised as such so it was no surprise. The surrounding area had a lot of graffiti. The views from the property were not great.

Summary: A comfortable, clean, good sized appartement.
